The power to make a positive difference

The power to make a positive difference

At this time of impending planetary crises due to global warming, habitat destruction and the extinction of species, potential economic collapse and increasing inequality everywhere, it is easy for people to feel helpless and unable to make any difference to the situation.

The surprising answer to the question of what can one person out of 7.7 billion do to effect meaningful change is that we each have access to unlimited power to make a significant positive contribution to the transformation of our world.

In this presentation I show that by learning to follow the deepest calling of our hearts, we can allow our inspiration and passion to come alive in our lives. By channelling that into positive practical actions we can be highly effective in manifesting projects that embody care and love, and be an inspiring example to others.

Drawing on my personal experience of founding the award-winning conservation charity, Trees for Life, this talk reveals how a single person can start a project with nothing but passion, overcome obstacles along the way and achieve success that makes a significant positive difference in the world.

If you would like me to give this talk to a group or at an event, please contact me.

Remember this post? Now, plastic nurdles produced and transported throughout the UK are found in 168 of 195 sites of special scientific interest, including six UK national parks, due to careless spills.

They are dangerous for human health as well as wildlife.

Plastic pollution is all pervasive & affecting ecosystems all over the world. Our present day insane 'endless economic growth at any cost' capitalist culture is leaving a shocking, terrible legacy for the future. Radical & fundamental change is needed now!
